Mary's North Sydney brings our signature rock-and-roll energy and award-winning burgers and fried chicken to the Victoria Cross precinct. We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy ALL-ROUNDER to join our crew in our unique open-kitchen diner setting. If you love fast-paced service, great food, and a loud, lively environment, this is your stage.

The Role: Full-Spectrum Service

You will be integral to the venue's success, rotating between the front and back of house:

• Front of House (FOH): Take orders, manage the pass, serve our iconic burgers, craft beers, and natural wines. Deliver genuine, memorable customer service.

• Bar Service: Prepare and serve simple mixed drinks and cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Kitchen Support (BOH): Assist the team with food prep, assembly, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards in the open kitchen.
